Piero della Francesca: la comodità che per me sa di casa
Piero della Francesca è diverso dagli altri appartamenti GM Escape. E forse proprio per questo gli sono particolarmente affezionata.
Qui ho abitato quando ero ragazza. Mi piaceva tantissimo e ancora oggi, quando entro, ritrovo quella stessa sensazione: è un posto semplice da vivere, dove la quotidianità scorre bene.
La comodità è un lusso sottovalutato
Quando si viaggia per lavoro o si resta qualche giorno in una città, ci si accorge subito di quanto contino le cose pratiche. La Suite Piero della Francesca è ampia, al piano terra, ha un terrazzino, parcheggio privato all’interno e ampio parcheggio esterno.
Ha una camera matrimoniale, cucina attrezzata, zona giorno e gli spazi necessari per sentirsi davvero autonomi. Non deve stupire con effetti speciali: deve funzionare bene. E lo fa.
Per lavoro, ma non solo
La vedo perfetta per chi viaggia per business, per chi deve muoversi spesso, per chi arriva in auto o semplicemente per chi apprezza un soggiorno pratico e confortevole. La sera, quel piccolo spazio esterno diventa un modo per staccare.
Quando tutto è facile da usare, da raggiungere e da vivere, anche il viaggio diventa più leggero.
Avere un legame personale con questa casa rende il progetto ancora più speciale per me. Non sto soltanto proponendo un appartamento: conosco quella sensazione di abitarlo e so perché mi piace.

Piero della Francesca is different from the other GM Escape apartments. And perhaps that is exactly why I feel especially attached to it.
I lived here when I was a young woman. I loved it, and even today, every time I walk in, I find the same feeling again: it is an easy place to live in, where everyday life simply flows.
Comfort is an underrated luxury
When you travel for work or stay in a city for a few days, you quickly realise how much practical details matter. Suite Piero della Francesca is spacious, on the ground floor, with a small terrace, private parking inside the property and plenty of parking outside.
It has a double bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a living area and all the space you need to feel truly independent. It does not need special effects to impress: it simply has to work well. And it does.
For work, but not only
I see it as ideal for business travellers, for people who need to move around often, for those arriving by car or simply for anyone who appreciates a practical and comfortable stay. In the evening, that small outdoor space becomes a lovely way to switch off.
When everything is easy to use, easy to reach and easy to live in, travelling feels lighter too.
Having a personal connection with this home makes the project even more special to me. I am not simply offering an apartment: I know what it feels like to live there, and I know why I love it.
