Tessitori 22: il lusso urbano nel cuore di San Frediano
Ci sono case che si visitano e case che si vivono. Tessitori 22 appartiene decisamente alla seconda categoria.
Nel cuore di San Frediano, in uno dei quartieri più autentici di Firenze, per me rappresenta il lato più elegante di GM Escape: un appartamento ampio, luminoso e raffinato, pensato per chi vuole stare in città senza rinunciare a spazio, comfort e bellezza.
Il lusso, per me, non è ostentazione
Quando penso al lusso nell’ospitalità non penso alla quantità di oggetti o a qualcosa che debba necessariamente stupire. Penso a una casa pulita, curata, comoda, con proporzioni che fanno respirare e dettagli che sembrano naturali perché sono stati scelti con attenzione.
Tessitori 22 ha due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, un grande soggiorno e una cucina completa. È una casa che permette a una famiglia, a due coppie o a un piccolo gruppo di avere spazi veri, senza quella sensazione di dover continuamente adattarsi al soggiorno.
Firenze, ma con il proprio ritmo
Essere a San Frediano significa vivere una Firenze molto particolare: vicina al centro e ai luoghi iconici, ma ancora capace di conservare un’identità di quartiere. Mi piace l’idea che si possa uscire, camminare, tornare a casa e sentire di avere un proprio ritmo anche mentre si è in viaggio.
Il vero lusso è entrare in un posto bello e smettere quasi subito di sentirsi ospiti.
È questa la sensazione che cerchiamo di costruire con GM Escape: autonomia, privacy, pulizia e comfort, ma con un carattere preciso. Non appartamenti tutti uguali, bensì luoghi che raccontano il contesto in cui si trovano.

In the heart of San Frediano, one of Florence’s most authentic neighbourhoods, it represents the most elegant side of GM Escape to me: a spacious, bright and refined apartment for those who want to stay in the city without giving up space, comfort or beauty.
Luxury, to me, is not about showing off
When I think about luxury in hospitality, I do not think about the number of objects in a room or about something that has to impress at all costs. I think of a clean, well-kept and comfortable home, with proportions that let you breathe and details that feel natural because they have been chosen with care.
Tessitori 22 has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a home that gives a family, two couples or a small group real space, without that constant feeling of having to adapt to the accommodation.
Florence, at your own pace
Staying in San Frediano means experiencing a very particular side of Florence: close to the centre and the city’s iconic places, yet still able to preserve a real neighbourhood identity. I love the idea that you can go out, walk, come home and still feel that you have your own rhythm while travelling.
True luxury is walking into a beautiful place and almost immediately no longer feeling like a guest.
That is the feeling we try to create with GM Escape: independence, privacy, cleanliness and comfort, but always with a distinct character. Not identical apartments, but places that say something about the area they belong to.
